• Bought auric cells 20 days ago, didn't get them and DBD support is extremely unhelpful. Any advice?

  I'm running dbd on Xbox gamepass for PC and I bought them through account attached to it. I bought 1100 AC for €8.99 on 4th of May but they didn't appear on my account so I decided to wait 2 days in case there was a bug. Two days later there was no change so I contacted the dbd support but their "help" is beyond embarrassing as they take days to reply even after I provided everything they asked
