  Your knack for cleanliness improves your overall health. This perk unlocks a new health state ( extremely healthy ) this state turns the healthy survivor symbol blue. perk effects- -When in the “extremely healthy” state a hit from the killer will instead of putting you into injured state, will put you into healthy state instead ( chainsaws still instadown). - survivor has a regeneration time
