• Isn't blocking supposed to block communication?

  Hello, Now I know blocking doesn't actually prevent you from playing with a person you blocked but I was under the impression that it blocked any communication. For the most part this isn't an issue when dealing with console players but when the person is a PC player even if I block someone who says bad things I'm still able to see their comments. Is the block function broken or am I completely
