  I'm annoyed of toxic survivors. Everyone is. The constant flashlight clickers, t baggers, also healing right in front of you while you're behind a pallet. Not to mention generator rushers. Now generator rushing isn't really too toxic, although it is annoying.. Another thing I wanna point out is console player killers.
