• Spirit: The calculation formula for "Rusty Flute and Rin's Broken Watch"

Wilbur in General Discussions June 5, 2024

Does anyone know the calculation methods for these two Spirit add-ons? From my own experiments, the recharge time for only Rusty Flute is about 10.5 seconds, and for only Rin's Broken Watch, it's about 11.5 seconds. This doesn't align with Rusty Flute's 40% or Rin's Broken Watch's 30%.
