• Is this a bug or part of game design?

  I am fairly new to the game, i never encounter this until now so i'm not sure if its a bug or part of game design, i play as a killer and i play against survivors with flashlight spamming when i chase them they use this spot so that my hit could never reach them. Screenshot (2).png
