• Action Speeds Affected By Resilience

I heard that resilience does NOT affect jigsaw box searches, snapping out of madness, etc. But in otzdarvas latest video, he says that the devs have confirmed that it affects every action speed and not just the ones in the description...is this true? Nonetheless resilience is still a very good perk.
