  Step 1: Boot game Step 2: Play as survivor in a public match Step 3: In game throw a pallet while being chased by the killer Step 4: Item randomly disappears. Character played: Jake Perks played: Quick & Quiet, Iron Will, Lucky Break, Lithe. Map: Midwich Frequency of the issue: Has happened twice both with medkits and syringes.
