• Appeal a derank?

  I was playing today (survivor) and out of my first three games I got kicked out of 2 games with a "dedicated server is not responding" message. So I lost my accumulated points in both games. Then I got a five minute match making ban. And I just noticed I got demoted a rank (iri 1 to iri 2) Seems pretty unfair to me. Any chance you could add a few more sanctions for something out of my control? T
