• Monitor & Abuse forcing m1s and moving only on killer

  Platform: PC Issue: When I'm playing any killer running Monitor & Abuse, I occasionally stumble across an issue in which after hooking a survivor, I am only able to do m1 attacks and move. Whenever I attempt to do any nonbasic attack related action, it will perform a fraction of a second of the action before undoing itself.
