• Where did my characters go?

  I was in a match and had to quickly leave the game. The next time I logged in at least 20 characters (survivors & killers) were gone. In the menu they look like I’ve never bought them. But in the store I can see that I have 4 bought customizations for Feng Min. Has this happened to anyone before and what can I do about it? (playing on Stadia with Steam save file)
