• Perk question please..

  I have been searching but unable to find the answer.... I am trying to find out the max perks you can unlock on the bloodweb at level 50. I have 17 learned perks most purple and some green level 3, but now my bloodweb has stopped giving new perks. Was curious if that's all I have available for now until I level more survivors and get their orange perks? I thought I had seen other basic perks but
