• Elusive on unhooks, Babysitter/OTR powercreep?

  Babysitter is still a strong anti tunnel perk often brought alongside of Deli, while I will say that OTR is not as meta as it was, removing scratch marks, grunts of pain, blood pools and aura read off the hook basically makes these picks worthless, just like Borrowed Time. Borrowed Time never got a rework, so will these perks just stay as is?
