  DESCRIPTION I Often get perks that I don't own in the bloodweb, like Decisive Strike ,even though I don't own Laurie Strode, and for characters I do own too but aren't high enough level to own on anyone else, such as left behind from William "Bill" Overbeck ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Character: Steve Harrington and Claudette Morel Frequency of the issue: 2 Survivors so far Here's the images

  So I was just having a normal day, leveling up my boy Steve until randomly I got DS, but I don't own Laurie. Now, at first, I was thinking that maybe I got it in the past from the shrine so I just moved on until, I got a bill perk. now I know for a FACT that I didn't buy that perk since I own bill so I wouldn't waste my points on a character's perk that I can just get myself with some hard work.
