  So I just got another killer to level 50 (the Artist) and thought I'd get to work on Nemesis (who I only had at level 22). Got into my first game, loaded in at Ormond and chased a David King around for about a minute and tried getting out my Tentacle Strike but nothing happened (no animation, no text prompt, nothing). As a result I resorted to just hitting him and then knocking him down with my
