  my game has problem with lag spikes and microstuttes, i have a rtx3060, i510400f, 16gb Ram 2666mhz, and i always have micro sutters and lag spikes, and i have done everything you did, i really dont know why isnt everybody saying about this problem because i watched a lot of gameplays with high end PCs and almost 80% of them have sutters, i really dont know what it is. and i also tried this lis
