  Even in 6.0.2 there's a thing that's scaring me to death as Killer, but in this next update its only gonna get worse. Self Healing. Its funny honestly, seeing 4 Flashlights is the best thing in the world to me, but if I see 4 Medkits I get genuinely worried.   Every New Chapter brings a new Killer and Survivor. With those two things added there's always two other things added, their Adepts. The Survivor Adepts are honestly fine, you escape.. you get your Achievement, life moves on, but the majority myself included are annoyed by how much you gotta do as Killer for even the chance to get the Killer's Adept.
