  Noed is a perk that is often a crutch or overkill for some killers. Survivors rarely do totems and when they do the totems, noed doesn't even work so its a waste of a perk slot. So I was thinking and I came up with this idea No One Escapes Death: After hooking a survivor, gain 1 token. When all generators are completed, gain a 2/4/6% movement speed increase and use 4/3/2 tokens to instantly brin
