• Hatch doesn't spawn

  I've been the last survivor quite a few times over the last 3 days and each time the hatch hasn't appeared. The hatch icon hasn't appeared on screen either. Does anyone know why this is happening? Friends have said it's appeared for them. But the hatch hasn't appeared when I've been spectating the last survivor either. It's not just on one map. Any help would be great.
