• How do I obtain my characters and cosmetics that I've either achieved or purchased?

  Hey guys quick question. I'm having trouble obtaining my characters and some cosmetics that I've either purchased with auric cells, or earned through the blood moon trial. Now this is under my son's account which is a backup account under my name, and he can't get none of his clothing for the characters that I purchased for him or through completing the blood moon event. Which is now discouraging
