  What to add in the description I have multiple times had games where I have hit four survivors individually, and seen the phantasm attack pop up. After the fourth game of this (had 8 in total, only counted the ones I was positive on) I looked at PSN profiles. There has been NO ONE who has had this trophy since 22nd November, coincidently when the new Chapter released. I believe the trophy is c
