• Forced penance cooldown?

  Does this have a cooldown? I tried it a few times and it shows an indicator when you actually get someone with it. But I have never been able to hit multiple people with it before the first one is over. Reason being, the new ultimate basement build?

• Stealth clown nerf?

  Anyone else notice this? He no longer slows himself while throwing the bottles, which is nice. But he seemed way slower than before during his reload, especially the last second or two he was going down to a crawl.
