  Hello! For me personally I think that dark sense is under rated, I scarcely hear people mention it but I feel aslthough it is a very good perk. Being able to see if the killer is coming to you after popping a gen is useful. You can also use it as more of an offensive thing (rarely) to see where the killer is to go for an unhook.
