• is there any way to get unbanned after being banned?

  So 800 days ago i got banned on steam for "Exploiting: Abusing bugs or errors in design to gain a competitive advantage" it was my first ever ban i didn't get a warning or nothing just got on one day and banned. now i think my ban is permanent cause i didn't get a time and it didn't say suspension and whenever i tried to reach out to bhvr my email was never gotten back to SO………….i am asking two
