• Resilience Perk Missing *edit - seems to be random perks

  PC Hi, when I boot the game I can't seem to find resilience. I tried restarting and it appeared, but it only happened once. I can see the perk equipped on one character but cannot search for it or find it in the perks section. Unless I equipped it already, it seems to have just disappeared for other characters. *I tried to add unrelenting to Deathslinger and it's gone as well. It seems to
