    SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I redownload the game after I got a PlayStation 5 and chose the PS5 version of the game and when I went to play all my killers and Survivors I had purchased through the DLC pack were missing. I then downloaded the PlayStation 4 version and I still had all my killers and Survivors on the version of the game. I have attached 2 screenshots from both the PlayStation 5 version an

    PlayStation I redownload the game to play with some friends. I started the game and all most killers I had purchased in dlc packs were gone. I don't know if it's because of the fact that I originally played it on the PlayStation 4 and switched to PlayStation 5 but I don't think that would be the case.
