  Do the support team have open hours or are they always active? because I replied to one of the emails on my ticket about my progress lose but haven’t gotten an answer back yet so should I start a new ticket or just wait for them to reply to the one I have right now.

  so I lost 2544 hours progress and I submitted a ticket straight away and haven’t got an answer yet do the dbd support have open hours? and if someone can help with this it would be great because I spent 2544 hours on my levels and now it’s gone just like that and the dbd support won’t even reply back to me:(
