• Why isn't Tinkerer being nerfed to at least having a 30 seconds cooldown between activations?

  This is basically stupid. Being able to show a killer endless amound of times if someone touched a kicked generator back while giving no terror-radius with no internal cooldown is a bit overkill.

  I don't exactly get it as how it works, it's been around 2 months already. I am survivor main, 97% of my matches are all survivors, I get killers of my rank, who are doing ok, and I have a fair amount of 50% escape/dieing so I can't complain.   How exactly does it work? Because it's just the same with old ranks system that never worked regarding "balance". Long story short: I've never played this killer before in my entire life, but I have 4 perks on him because I've collected around 1 million bloodpoints and I've decided to spend them on this killer.   Was right now against a Nurse, who was with no perks on her, but rank 4 and acted like the killer has "Barbeque and Chili" with "Hex Undying" only because the dude was hooking someone and was straight teleporting with blinks to players who are really far away and he never missed that "guess", also when cleansing a dull totem and that dude literally knew where we all have been.
