  The bug itself is, that Bite the Bullet sometimes doesn´t mute the healing-sounds/grunts of pain while healing thyself. Reproduction of this bug is hard to describe, as the bug appears in 40-50% of the games. For the bug to happen you need to be in a match, so the steps are: queue up as survior enter a public lobby start the match get a 50% chance that this perk works/doesnt work for the e
