• How to counter PH in a chase?

  As I've been settling in the MMR system I've found myself running into more and more PH, and from the beginning I've said this killer is extremely strong. I don't think he's OP, just a reminder. Although I don't understand how you're supposed to counter his long ranged attack in a chase, he can just quickly cancel it without any consequences, it basically offers little to no counterplay unless I
