  It's curious. Survivors can win the game without broken perks, but killers are pretty useless without them lmao. Example: today I was the only one alive, and the killer downed me with NOED, and he started making me t-bag (a ghostface). He had NOED, BBQ & CHILI, Nurse's calling and Hex: Devour Hope.
