    SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: It's understood to activate Red Herring you need to work on a gen for at least 1 second then you can hop into a locker to activate it. Then it goes on cool down for 15 seconds. The issue is that some matches will let me reactivate Red Herring after the 15 seconds without needing to touch the originally affected generator. And some matches it will deactivate after the 15 se
