  Platform: PC Description: Step 1:Boot game Step 2: play as survivor, get injured Step 3: when injured survivor is still making noise even when perk is active. This happened two games in a row, specifically on Meg. Other perks used were adrenaline, kindred, and urban evasion. Maps were Ormond and Autohaven. DeadByDaylight.log
