• PS5 - Hand of Vecna teleporting to inaccessible lockers on Temple of Purgation

  On a game against Vecna on Temple of Purgation, using the item Hand of Vecna may cause the player to be teleported to the locked area in the underground portion of the map. If no one is able to complete the generator that removes the bars the survivor will be permanently stuck down there unless they're able to heal themselves and use the item again to teleport out. The only option is to wait for
