  So thanks to perfect new validation system now players with "bad connection" have advantage. How come this become widespread problem? Easy. Its tottaly safe, you can never detect or ban for it. Use some program that act somewhat like VPN or any other connection throttler that can with some hotkey drop your connection speed to very low values (like few b/sec).
