  likely all platforms- presumably the survivor got stuck after cleansing a totem Step 1 : start a game in Mother's Dwelling as survivor Step 2 : cleanse a specific totem that might spawn against a rock by the incline. be sure to cleanse it from the side where you are slightly higher in elevation Step 3 : the survivor is likely to clip into the ground, unable to move or be interacted with.
