• Can I disable the nasty infection sounds?

  When I play against nem, or Plage, and get infected. I get Extremely sick to my stomach and need to mute the game to not just barf. can I disable it somewhere in settings or do I just need to deal with it and mute every time I go against them? Thanks in advance
