• Is it possible to tweak Wraith’s buffs?

MrEnvy in General Discussions September 5, 2018

I know its only the PTB and it might change regardless. But, i was hoping that wraith could get a few tweaks to his buffs. Not saying this buff hasnt helped him. He’s gotten the love he deserves and a lot think the buffs are amazing. Though, i feel they could be tweaked a bit. For example, base windstorm is great, but i feel it needs to be half a second to a second longer. Would make him very good
