  My suggestion is to simply switch the perk from applying the broken status effect to instead injure the survivor using it and only allow it to be activated every 60 seconds. The reason to use the perk would be to bypass the mangled status effect since the player using FTP wouldn't be affected by mangled. It would also allow for synergy with leader because the 25% boost applies to survivors healin
