  The Ranking system seems to need a motivation to try to rise, or discourage deranking. Possible rewards. 1 Blood points, most valuable for new players in the lower ranks. 2. Incandesant shards, more valuble and useful for mid rank characters. 3. Special cosmetics the most valueble should be saved for the higher ranks. The HB event conviced me that player will grind for these. I suggest
