  I escaped with a new item but it still says 0/1 I think it may be because the new item (Toolbox) I got in the match was depleted but I still got the new item in my inventory so it should count but doesn't.

• Off The Record endurance effect not working.

  I was getting off the hook healed run to the hooked person unhooked them got hit saw I had off the record left. So I took a hit to get some use of my off the record. But I got downed and endurance did not activate for some reason and the gates were not powered.
