  SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The Challenge requires Tier 3 madness on 3 different Survivors as Doctor. For some reason, however, despite getting everyone in multiple matches to Tier 3, the Challenge would never progress. Oddly, I did not have any troubles with other Madness related challenges.
