• Haven't the Observer Logs of Tome 2 been put into game files yet?

Just asking. 'Cause I checked the wiki and seemingly the text and audio files of the four playable characters in Tome 2 have been leaked and updated but not the Observations and Revelations. Maybe I have to wait for another update for them to be obtainable?
