  Step 1 : Loaded into the game as Pinhead Step 2 : Survivor picked up lament configuration Step 3 : Survivor holding the lament configuration was downed. Pinhead solves the box, but the chain hunt was restarted as opposed to instantly going into the actual chain hunt.
