• Question involving Ghostface and killer instinct

  In the legion's power description it says killer instinct doesn't activate on survivor in deep wound. So does killer instinct not activate when ghostface is revealed by someone using borrowed time?

  Just kinda took the Super Soldier Superhero thing and made it a killer, so backstory is what you would expect, Guy taken for super soldier serum testing (I dubbed berserker serum), it goes wrong, guy kills entire base in a berserker rage.
