  So I was joking with a friend during a Discord call and this idea was born!! Basically, He downed someone in the Club area of the New All Kill Map and I said, "Since they are 2 hooked already, You can just throw them off the banister instead of hooking them lol" It would be so cool if certain maps had areas that a killer can Mori a Survivor without Needing a Mori Offering..
