MMBEAN in Bug Reporting August 4, 2023

The devs said the fix for Switch players would come in the next update… which was yesterday. this has been an issue for the last thirteen days and have heard nothing. How long until the next update? Will we be compensated for this, considering we can’t progress in the rift or play during the event?
