• Issues when trying to play with other people

Hi, I have been having this issue for months. Every time I try to survive with friends I have issues connecting to the other person. I have tried this PS4 to PS4 and also PS4 to PC. When we try to connect I am not able to send/receive their invitation. When I do receive it and they are loaded onto my party, I often would not be able to see them ready up, and it would then put them in a lobby wit
