  Yesterday i jumped as Victor on a survivor right at the exit gate, he couldn't leave and i downed him, after i picked him up it felt like Charlotte was only half the movement speed, felt really slow, barely made it to a hook. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v7GuzNw8z1U
