  SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Once exit gate is open and before you escape, if the Ghoul hits you with grab attack, you glitch through the escape, but haven't actually escaped. • Plaything/Medkit bug

  Playing on PC Carrying a medkit, up against a deathslinger who was using Plaything. After cleansing a plaything totem, I was no longer able to use medkit, even though the icons were in the corner and it was giving me the option to heal myself with a medkit. Also the medkit disappeared after cleansing.

• Losing items after escaping

  Platform: Xbox One X Description: Several times i've ended up losing a Commodious Toolbox and other items even though I've successfully escaped trials. The killer didn't have franklins demise and I obviously didn't die or drop the item. Unable to reproduce at the moment. How often? This has happened several times over the last few months
